new and improved texture glitch

I happened upon an interesting texture glitch yesterday... a 1" x 1" area that was slightly shifting/rotating. I thought at first that it was bits & pieces of the Mechanical Bull, although it may've been the Painted Horse?

I do miss the evil Ned, I loved watching him float around.

Mine sometimes has this glitch where the taskbar head portraits show up pasted over the heads of different characters walking around town.
