In my eyes, there hasn't been crafting yet. The mechanic in this event is IDENTICAL to the monorail event. Generate resources, trade in for event currency. Straight up. No collect 40 of this, to get 1 tree, or 160 of that to get a building.
True there are "daily prizes", but those aren't crafted. Just a reward for doing what you should be doing to earn the event prizes.
So in all fairness, this event is nothing like SH, it more resembles what we did in the monorail event.
