Yes, he's in the returning characters section for 250 donuts. Just checked the date and he becomes available 09/05.

Yahweh's bundled with the Jewish Walk of Fame IIRC - that's what the store will list it as and you'll see Him in the image with the building

I still don’t see it, but I have Herod and his castle available both in the main part of the returning items list and in the mystery box. I wonder if I’ve been glitched.
