You waited a month. Many of us struggled with "THE GLITCH" for over a
year.
For you to be insulted, EA would need to know you and care. They don't. You are one of a multitude.
Many devices are going to get left behind as the land mass expands, the item count increases, and the game files get larger and demand more ram. For a glitch having an effect on a small subset of players, I don't see it being unreasonable that its not fixed. Its frustrating, very much so so those living it. This may be related to specific hardware on specific devices, and may not be fixable.
I'm not trying to make light of your situation, just the fact that you think its personal. Any chance you could access a different device, even on a temporary basis? Good luck.
