New Mystery Box

Well today was my day for the mystery box so I log on, the weekly box strip loads I collect my new mystery box, tap to open, get Onda, nex chat between mr burns and smithers about mystery box, ends with me getting free mystery box, another Onda, oh well, thinks well I'll buy one, another Onda, I'm done with them, bring back the old box, lol.

My Free one I got I&S billboard.
5 minutes later I got my free Weekly one and got Blue Haired Lawyer.
I had 5 mystery boxes in my inventory and decided to open them all.

Tire fire

Well I must be out of luck :cry:

Downloaded the new update, got into me SF and no mystery box. The option was there to buy it for doughnuts but no freebie for me.

Was Mr Burns free? He needs to be free to get the free box

This new mystery box is probably the nicest handout EA has ever given since I started playing this game around Halloween 2013. For a net cost of 42 donuts, I received:

Lard Lad
Kearney
Blue Haired Lawyer
3 I&S billboards
3 news vans

And to top it off, I won some other non-premium stuff & bought Johnny Fiesta's for in-game cash.

The best deal for donuts that I ever saw before this was Otto plus a few other things for, I believe, 80 donuts. But this totally blows that away. Thanks, EA.

So.. ~130 donuts worth of stuff for 12 donuts..
Decisions decisions.. to buy more or not to buy more.. That is the question

This week's mystery box was a minnow pond. I guess it has gone back to being a box of trash.

Nope, he wasn't at the time. he finishes his task this evening. Maybe when he is free the freebie box will appear.

Was feeling left out, so bought meself a mystery box and got the blue haired lawyer. Good stuff :)

Everything I've gotten is something I already have extra of, and will rot in storage. I hate the mystery box.

Glad to see others are having better luck. I'm used to having horrible luck, so at least I'm consistent.

Consistently disappointed. =(
