They call them biscuits and eat them with gravy. These yanks are crazy.
Oh no....biscuits with sausage gravy are a completely different beast than scones. I'm from the South, we love our biscuits and gravy. Shrimp and grits....yummmm.....gravy made me think of grits that made me think of shrimp (see how my brain works??)
