Hi Muhs, think that the biggest issue getting a town rolled back comes from area's where telephone/call back support isn't available and the only method of getting support is via email as when you can actually speak to someone it's much easier to explain than via a message.
It’s far worse than that though, especially with this issue. I have been helping players in the bugs and issues section for quite a long time with this bug, some players who actually ask specifically for a rollback are denied or some are told just to post the issue on the forum.
I assumed this was a device issue and not a game issue, so a rollback wouldn't help. I am happy that it is fixed for me because it did make my game much more difficult to play. It also seems much faster than it was when it was zoomed in.
