Why do you think that? Reminds me exactly of the workbench which had a mini quest attached to it days before the TTT event.
This reminds me of he cannon homer was being shot with in the Lollapalooza episode which would tie in nicely with the music teaser from the last take down. I would bet we get an event in a few days.
