Yeah, they didn't get added back with the store update or at the start of the event so hopefully they'll return with a patch update or at the end of the current event.

I'm surprised that the Yupprechaun and Shame Rock Café are not in the yearbook. We haven't had a new NPC since Snowball I was added over a year ago.
