Controversy and the Simpsons go hand in hand so I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have a mini event or something similar to poke fun at it, it also seems that in recent years they have done less for Valentines day than in the past so I'm not hopeful of a large event I suspect more of a mini one or even just a sale of the old items with a couple of new things thrown in for the long term players although I could be completely wrong and we end up with a 6 week event based around it, only EA knows and they play their cards close to their chest.

Typically, the alternate mini and major events. We'll see if they break tradition again. Eerily quite these days. Last year they kept rushing everything.

I'd be happy with a mini-event. I've still got pink benches and fountains coming out of my ears, so new content would be welcome whether full or mini event!
