I think it will lead up to a new character collection of chocolate covered teachers who eat puppy dogs and watch cartoons all day long.

I made a thread a while back with this idea for a "back to school" themed event:

Maybe offer a new school related decoration, like a new piece of playground equipment or a stack of books or something. Obviously some of the characters would cost donuts, but most would be for in game cash. The questline could use several of the existing tasks the kid characters have, and the adult school staff characters have, along with a few new ones to keep it interesting.
Just an idea, as a new type of mini-event that isn't holiday related (just the opposite since it involves returning to school after summer break, much to Bart's dread). Figured it'd be a good way to introduce these long requested characters.
