Nightmare Pile

After getting the nightmare pile from the mystery box I was running all the kids that can be unlocked for it until I got to milhouse and finished his and got 2 left Kearny and Dolph but can't run either through their 3 2 hours to unlock them for it. Anyone else have this same problem? (PS don't have Sharna yet)
