So CG comes out with Punishing One. They claim its killing Leviathan, so they buff Dagger to stop it. While doing that they kill all counters we used to use and now turned Leviathan into a coinflip. The funny thing is Punishing One still beats Leviathan LOL!!! I just did GAC Ships and well I lost the coinflip LOL Can CG give me a reason to continue playing this game? Sorry, but this is getting so **bleep** frustrating... Test your **bleep** before you launch it. CG doesn't care about their product anymore, just how much money they can squeeze out of everyone... Seriously, clean house and get people in their that are competent.

Players are rightly mad because the impact of one marquee ship and subsequent manipulation of kits has messed up several fleets indirectly nerfing them. This annoys FTP and P2P, does not matter if investment is time or money it’s still been nullified in the worst way possible. It makes more sense to alter meta with new ship releases not by altering existing kits.

Trust me, there are those at CG happy about this fact because the less people making it to 1st for payout crystals, the better for them. If you don't get your 400 crystals daily, players will end up buying what they need. For GAC and TW, they don't care either way because the same payouts happen for the same win/loss result.CG: "Shut up and Spend Money!"

How did the Scyth kit get affected by recent changes. The tie fighter is not marking. Seriously getting tired of the fleet chaos at the moment.

I haven't read much on this topic here but my 8 months long Profundity farm is rendered completely useless with the arrival of the Punishing One ship. ANY opponent with this free 3 stars ship with the Deathmark Omega on it, regardless of their Capital Ship (often Home One and Chimera) nukes my fleet, like 75% of the time, if I don't pretty much one-shot it one turn one.It's a "bit" frustrating, to say the least ...I really hope there'll be a cheap Light Side ship to counter this soon. I feel a bit robbed to be honest.

Ships have turned into a nightmare....

  Welcome to the current state of CG. There is no engagement anymore on the forums. That stopped when Carrie left.
  They do not care that everyone is up in arms, and people talk about the game dying, well.... I think it's on its way out. SWGOH is on track to make the lowest revenues since the year of its release, bugs are piling up and not being fixed, I think they've cut support staff judging by the time to get a response to a basic inquiry... A lot of people throw that phrase around here and reddit, but I think it may truly be the start of the end for this app. It's been a long run...

This garbage coin flip fleet Meta has now further increased my apathy towards how I approach this game. I barely can muster any enthusiasm for doing Fleet battles, as well as pursuing any engagement fleets within GAC now. The gameplay now in fleets is essentially flip a coin with heads that you may actually go first and have a decent chance or tails you get punched in the face by Mike Tyson and is a painful waste of time. Have now reached the point that if my opponents fleet goes first I force quit and forfeit because the waste of time. I have been playing for almost 9 years now and this has further eroded any joy coming from this game. The only happiness I find now is just the community of my guild.

TBH... It seems like CG wants to take the player competition of the the game and force people in the coinflip mirror matches. Its amazing how quickly they are destroying the game. Notice how they are spamming out new characters every two weeks trying to get people to spend as much money as possible? Get the feeling they are going to purposefully run this game into the ground so they can come out with a new cash cow that everyone will flock over to. I mean, its either cg is that dumb and incompetent, or this is all on purpose to set up a new game.

  Though why they would do this and then leave the community raging and angry without any kind of communication is beyond explanation. But the idea that they're just too dumb to know better is just silly - the CG devs are gamers themselves. And the idea that they'd intentionally tank a game that makes as much money as SWGoH does just isn't realistic. That's tin foil territory.
  
  Though I do agree with you that the current state of the game isn't great, and their choices lately haven't done anything to instill any confidence that I'll still be playing a year from now.
  
  Sure would be nice to hear something from someone at CG to make us feel better about what we're seeing - and anniversary freebies ain't it.

  Sorry, but you’re 100% wrong.
  People are mad because CG “stealth” (and I use quotes because it wasn’t subtle at all) nerfs the Chimera counter vs Levi under the guise of fixing THEIR poor testing of P1 against Levi. With that same “fix” it also broke Sythe’s kit so even the Executrix comps aren’t working since Tie Fighter isn’t getting marked properly. Then CG goes radio silent after a clearly negative move. So no, it’s not a matter of spending. It’s a matter of CG intentionally devaluing player investment across multiple characters and fleets and turning ships into a luck of a coin flip in FA and GAC. Nice try though

Yeah I can't hardly compete in fleet arena unless I ask the payout before me to adjust lineup. Its stupid. CG is stupid and they deserve everything negative that happens to them.
They're going to kill this game and then wonder why people quit and forced them to shut down. Greed. You morons have zero idea how to handle a game. Consider getting new leadership and maybe go to the dollar store for employment. Since you people are just so incompetent, you couldn't even run to the bathroom properly.

  At this point Greed does not make sense. Punishing one is working at 3* and it’s not worth investing in a new fleet yet. And assuming some others follow a similar logic to myself, if I lose crystals to a bug, I stop spending atleast until the bug is fixed or I can get back to earning crystals. The latest bug in combination to the changes CG made recently has trashed my fleet income. So CG are unlikely to get anything other than annoying the players from this. It’s now impacted profundity, chimera and tarkin in my fleets and Levi in others.
  I tried to adapt to the change to Profundity and Chimera with Tarkin fleet took him to G12 got it working against exec with P1 and continued climbing, then they broke scyth trying to alter how it interacted with Chimera. That is now 3 fleet counters of mine CG has trashed.
  MeatheadMilitia can someone give an estimation on when you will fix scythe with Tarkin fleet. And stop messing us around with fleets, it is one of the largest crystal income in the game. When you intentionally alter the performance of several fleets try not to break the others in the process. It looks really unprofessional and incompetent.
