No donuts and no money

Wow, TappedOut really does get people to part with their hard earned monies. I am very certain that you will be able to complete this event without spending one dollar, I'm freemium and have completed all the past events without dropping a cent of RLCash.

because I am an idiot. I thought having more elixir/ gold/ etc. would help me complete this. I didn't realize how fast they were being spent

they are giving away 15 free donuts, I just don't know how to get them. A pop up notification says play now and get them, but I play and get nothing :(
