Non Christmas related update tweaks
Didn't realise non Xmas items had changed with the update, I will have to be more observant.

Yeah! Plus it makes so much more sense for them to light up or move while they're on a task, like all the other buildings. I sometimes forgot to even use them because I wouldn't notice that they weren't on task.
