Norbert's plane bug

It's being reported that if you complete todays tasks before the timer resets it again, instead of a lost luggage prize it is actually awarding Norbert's plane... still awaiting more confirmation on this, but it's a trusted source on another thread

Has anyone contacted EA about this yet?

Contact EA. They will only fix bugs that affect lots of people. They need to know lots of us are affected.

I am stuck in the 750 pin task, it restarted itself before it finished and with a different requirement. Seems to be it happened if I added more travellers and send the last one to do a task to have even more. So this produces the loop.

This happened to me. I then rushed to taks with donuts to get to the mystery box that replaced the red plane - and was awarded the plane. So just progress through the tasks and you should get it.

It works!!!!
One just have to wait for the task to be completed, the plane will be granted without spending donuts, I got it with 7 hours to go.

Also put on bugs page, but putting here hoping it helps. ----Storing the retirement castle did not work. Got stuck in a loop at the 750 pin level after completing the 500 level. Ended up buying my way out with donuts (rushed all flights in progress to clear all). Then did each task individually, speeding each. Finally got the plane. Waste of donuts, it seems, but a work-around that worked for me. Hope it helps others. Good luck all. And thanks for everyone's help. :)

Yes, as the previous messages state, if you manage to go through the 3 tasks in less than 24 hours, you get the plane, even if it shows a lost luggage for the 3rd prize. I just got it, started the associated quest for the golden train and it seems to be working fine.
But we're supposed to get SkyCredits from the tasks after that, right? Right now, it is telling me that I have completed all the tasks, so I have to wait another 2 hours for the new ones to appear. But technically, I should have gotten the plane yesterday and Sky Credits today. I started the 1st Act a little late and was able to catch up on the tasks (doing 4 tasks a day), but now the game is not letting me catch up with the tasks that came after the plane… Are you guys getting SkyCredits? Did you complete a full task list after the plane or am I mistaken in thinking that one day of prizes has disappeared for me?

Mine is really strange as well. Opened the game this morning, and cleared it from finished tasks.
Got the "all 7 adventure flights done" and the menu with Norbert's red plane. - Yihaa! was my thought, bug solved. Tapped "Do it" and the menue changed to "all adventure tasks completed - wait 24 h", and it showed the Luggage menu.

Although I could send one flyer to Woodstock, so I did and left the game. Came back 2 h later, again the message "all adventure tasks completet - wait 24 h", but with the opportunity to send one to W. Africa - with the Woodstock flight still running for another 2 h. Hmmm...
Didn't have a flight to W. Africa in my list (although I had Bart on two destinations), so I went to KL, and back. Then I found a flight for W. Africa.

I wonder if those two flights will count separately, as one, or not at all.

Edit. If I try to write the destination in W.Africa (N. Igeria) it is changed to ****! WHY? Its a name of a country!

Edit 2 : Oh my... Now I also get the "collect pins for bonuts", but I still miss 200 pins for the Samba school

I was able to get the plane ok in both of my towns. In my main I rushed through the tasks with donuts. In my Crawl (freemium) I only sent 3 passengers at a time, making sure that one was to the correct city. I'm wondering if it glitches when you wait for more tickets to come up and send additional passengers?
Edit: Even though I've collected all the prizes in my main, I'm able to still send passengers for the daily rewards. I sent the first set off and when I came back from friends, it immediately gave me the first prize, now all the passengers are off to the wrong destinations. Ugh..this thing is messed up.
