Norbert's plane bug

I logged in this morning and my tasks for Norbert's red plane were gone. When I validated this night's tasks I just got the general pins? I tried going over to Krusty Land and my friends, but the plane is nowhere? Anyone else experiencing this?

    There's a 1 hour task for Norbert followed by a joint task with grandpa right after you get the plane. Free up both characters and the tasks should start up. If it doesn't, try storing and returning the Retirement Castle.

    Soooo... how did this work out? Did everyone get Norbert and the plane? It looks like from LPN's updated changes today that as long as you started the quest Norbert was given free?

    I did get Norbert and the plane. I emailed EA about "missing content" last night. Woke up to a standard "we're aware of the issue" email, but when I opened the game the prize popped up.
