I'm halfway through my friend list (game crashed.,..) and only have seen it in one town. Can someone PM the mechanics if anyone understands them?

Also, will be spending a lot of time cleaning up my neighbor list today! LOL

I purposely brought my a few to put at the new frontier land in case any of my friends want to try. I didn't see any from the few friends I visited.
