Not getting donuts for visiting friends

never used to get any but in the last few days I've been getting a average of 2 a day.

I usually get none for a day or two, one, or two per day. No long stretches or massive donut days. Think most I have ever gotten is 3 with over 70 friends.

I slacked on neighbor visits for a while and just got Cool Lisa last Thursday. On Friday I went through my friends and got 3 donuts, Saturday was 2 donuts, yesterday 1 donut and today I got 2 donuts. I'd say it's random.

i get about 2-3 donuts per day...
some days i don't get any...probably bad luck i guess...

You will only get donuts from neighbour visits when you have maximised your Friend Points (level 9 I believe it is now) and received all the FP prizes, the most recent of which is the Cool Lisa skin. Up to that point you receive FP for your neighbour visits and no possibility of donuts.

I seem to remember someone had worked out from the game files that the chance of receiving a donut was 1 in 200 for each tap in a friend's SF. On average, that means you "should" receive one donut per day from visiting around 70 friends but the nature of random means it might take quite a long time before that average comes into play. It also means that you might go lon stretches without receiving any at all.

Kind of like how you "should" get heads for half of your coin tosses, but given that every toss is 50/50 you can just as easily get 20 tails in a row.

I didn't receive a single donut for quite a while running up to and into the Stonecutters event and was starting to wonder myself, but I have received 10 in the last week.

Random is as random does ... as the Easter event proves.

I completely agree. But I'm always max on FP and have only received one since march (in march :mrgreen: ). I have 88 friends....So let's just state we're not all in the same line of random. I'm in the random, never get any. 8)

i got three yesterday. hopefully i'll get a few more today. many days i tap neighbors' towns and get zero.

You get donuts after max level of friend points, not max number of friends. It is impossible to have max friend points from day one.

I got max friend points about a week ago and have been getting 1-2 donuts per day since.

I would also like to add that I visit every friend, every day. 96 friends. I would assume my chances are better because of this.

You all just want to make me jealous.....it won't workn it won't work, it won't work....... :XD:
