No problemo. I know decorations to boost most ratings. :)

stop signs are good for that too and are small so easy to fit in your town.

This is true, but they're only worth one obedience point, where Lady Justice is worth ten. I used to have dozens of stop signs hidden all over my town for the obedience rating, taking up all available space behind a few of my buildings. Now, I just have four hidden statues of justice (and one that's visible) and it's much neater when I go into move mode and hide my buildings.

Just like the stop sign, it would take ten times as many to do the same job the statue can do.
