Yes, since all of 2012 Halloween has made a reappearance along with the Duff Racer and Cool Brown House.
Right now, the Mapple Store is the next rarest as that's the oldest item that hasn't returned.
Next most desired is the Springfield Falls.
I thought it was already agreed upon that that the maple store would never come back although I guess anything is possible.
That could have been said about a lot of other stuff before this summer and this past event. Never is a strong word, unless there was a problem with it with the big mighty conglomerate that it parodies there isn't any reason why it won't be re-released at some point. Everything else has made a return, so no reason this won't come back
