No I did, I know they are gather materials to to pay for the construction of the Monorail, hence the blueprint rewards. I get why its happening. But what does the Springfield dump have to do with the Monorail, it doesn't have a correlation with the episode.
I see people are saying that they combined two episodes into this event. I guess I missed the Homer garbage man episode.
