Optimum level for upgrading Opera House?
thought I saw level 9 gives tasks to the 'saints' to cover all the groups for theater mask jobs.

There is a decent bump in DNA task payout:
10 -> 11 (+10%)
6 -> 7 (+17%)
4 -> 5 (+25%)
Though ultimately, it probably won't amount to more than 50 additional DNA per day. So you're mostly just exchanging some fertilizer and corn for DNA.
I agree with Opera House 9 though. To upgrade it to 10, it looks like it'll cost 900 DNA and 2025 masks. Unfortunately, there aren't enough days for someone to earn back those 2025 masks with the tiny increase in task payout.
