Optimum level for upgrading Opera House?
thought I saw level 9 gives tasks to the 'saints' to cover all the groups for theater mask jobs.

BTW, I say this as someone who upgraded Monsarno to level 28: as a rule, I'm not afraid of upgrading!
For me Level 9 is best, I have a lot of criminals and saints, some of which aren't doing anything at the moment, I need them for my crafting currency.
It all depends on what you have, though I would be tempted to say go for at least 8, don't we get some more seats then? Or is it earlier.
