Original Simpsons Tree characters need to be added

Isn't Hugo Bart's twin brother from one of the Halloween episodes. Just going off of memory. To lazy to actually look it up.

That tree doesn't make sense. Hugo is Bart's Siamese twin brother. That means he is the son of Homer and Marge. Also, the tree appears to be upside down as far as generations go.
