The list goes on and on, I really think tupac has never got the public recognition he deserved,to the average person they disnt know how special he was, like we did,to hip hop fans he is the god,we knew he was special,it goes to bloody jay-z. They ranked jay-z as greatest hip hop artest of all time by MTV, I struggled to see how they came up with that as he still hasn't sold more records or was a real as tupac was, PAC was 2nd, jay z you scum bag, sold your soul. I just wish the public had a real chance to see what a genius he was, and I honestly Beleive if he were around today(he might be or not lol) the world would have been a better place. "REAL" hip hop died with tupac,it has never been the same since, now we got crap like lil Wayne, sounds like he has a sore throat all the time, flo rida who IMO is utter crap and basically majority of hip hop nowadays, dpg still poppin tho, daz Dillinger, kurupt, tray dee, warren g,Ritchie rich are probably the only real og's left ohh and ice cube. Even dr dre and snoop have sold there soul. Bloody snoop lion who is he kidding lmao
Hip Hop is faaaarrr from dead. Some people are just stuck in the 90's.
And no Nas mas mention. Prob the best longest running rapper ever.
My bad yes nas defiantly gets a mention, but IMO I just don't dig anyone new,to me the flo ain't right lyrics are ok,probably the latest and he isn't really new is Lloyd banks he is pretty good, but for me it's stricktly west coast gangsta rap. I am stuck in the 90's as IMO that was hip hop,now to me, don't sound the same miss the g-funk. His song changes IMO is like mj's song "heal the world" or Louie armstrongs "what a wonderful world" it's that strong for equality and change,to me that's one of the greatest songs of all time, regardless of what genre you listen too, just like I said earlier didn't get the recognition he deserved for it. Today it all about money woman and dope, yeah PAC did rap about that stuff too,but not every frekin song. Songs like changes, dear momma, keep ya head up,life goes on,I ain't mad at cha are songs that elevate him into a status that IMO never a single hip hop artest could get no where near. And to top it of you could really say his career was only about 5yrs when you think about it, in the way his fame went, and the short time he was a professional recording artest.
