I like your cover :) It's cool.I sew, knit, crochet and do beadwork (it's like sewing beads together - you can see it in this link about the Greenlandic national dress http://www.greenland.com/en/about-greenland/kultur-sjael/nationaldragter.aspx. The very colorful "collars" that the women and girls wear are made out of beads - I do not, however, make the big ones, only some smaller ones that are more like necklaces). I also like to make decorations for X-mas and Easter and so on.I'll post pics later, but am actually on my way to the airport to go on Easter holiday. Looking forward to seeing my daughter and my husband this evening.

I'm not good at needlework of any sort, my mother is fantastic at it but she's very artistic (she paints murals for different buildings). She raises a ton of money every year for her church to be used on scholarships by selling her needlework. She has recently gotten into making custom American Girl doll outfits and makes a killing at the fund raisers selling them. She finds adult patterns and "shrinks" them down to doll size and then she adds the embellishments of needlework and beadwork to make them truly unique. People snap them up regardless of the cost, since it's for charity....she jacks those prices up and they pay it. Can't wait to see your work!OH and enjoy being reunited with your iPad! LOL bet you can't wait to get into your game again.

I enjoy origami and really anything that involves a series of complex and technical disign to make something from nothing. But rope nots and different sorts of origami are my favourite.

I'm a former musician, I just recently picked up my instrument again and started playing at church. I hope to be able to possibly play at weddings again.

@AM - wow, that looks really involved and time consuming. I've seen some amazing still life photos using origami.@gogators - our son is a musician. He currently plays the snare drum in school band but has signed onto the local Scottish marching band and has started lessons on the bagpipe. He wants to pick up keyboard next year and he was accepted into the Fife & Drums (there is more than one in my area) but he's not sure he wants to do it. He would rather be in the Scottish Pipe and Drums (he likes wearing the kilts and being part of his history....you have to be of Scottish descent to be in that band).

I can make a swan out of paper when I'm bored in French class, that's as far as my creative skills go!

I love what I did with my iPhone so much that I'm considering making something similar for the 8th grade girls that will be moving on to high school (we don't have a high school at our school). I thought it might be a cool graduation present for them.

Going to Hobby Lobby today to see if they have anything different than Michaels.

I started doing origami when I was young about 14 ( now 27) as a way to relax and help my focus as I had/have ADHD.
