Paradise Found mission strand glitched?
I already have all the islands maxed out and in storage, and I have the same quest task. Level a private island to Level 2. No matter what I do it doesn't go away, or say completed.

I got stuck with this issue as well, already upgraded the three islands that you can have to the maximum so can't upgrade any that I have or purchase any more, but have a task to upgrade an island to level 2, guess I'm just stuck with this in my task bar until they decided to patch it, at least it'll stop one of the two random tasks that I get from appearing.
