Is this a joke? You can't get the Shelbyville items without paying real money? That has to be their biggest scam yet for this game....not to mention why would I place Shelbyville items in Springfield ...

I really didn’t appreciate what I see as a fundamental shift in the economics of gameplay. But if they were going to do it, then — yes — they should have set it up such that one boatload would have purchased all of the content.
