People here really need to stop defending EA.

What you're failing to realize is that this is a game that you WILLINGLY play and pay for. Whether you like to hear it or not, EA owes you nothing and is not forcing you to play. You don't like it, then walk away.

Do you go around telling your neighbourhood grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, etc. that they OWE you something for being a willing customer at their establishments?

Is it nice when businesses go above and beyond to reward their customers? Of course it is. Does it make them mean, heartless or incompetent if they don't? No. Because it's business. You WILLINGLY come to them for a product or service and that's how they make their money. They owe you NOTHING beyond a quality product or service. And Tapped Out is a quality game, whether you like it or not.

Neighborhood grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc are still kept in check by the government. They're prevented from charging unconscionable prices and forming monopolies to charge whatever they want. EA's prices are outrageous.
