- I think they should introduce a feature that allows dedicated players to earn more donuts. They could do this through more minigames like Sideshow You, or they could just freeze the damn XP bar again. Either that or update the Mystery Box with some new stuff.
Why not a 1 donut reward for visiting 100 friends a day? - Perfect solution imo...
An option to buy infinite donuts for around $150-$200 maybe?
I honestly think there needs to be an infinite donuts option above a boatload. - I too buy boatloads of donuts and I have since I began playing. I can't help it, I'm addicted to this game and have been playing for about 2 years now. Point in case, I am nowhere near to a freeium player and yet I am not shocked nor upset about the 10 donuts for the New Year tasks. In fact, I'm grateful for them and coupled with the digs thrown out there to the haters, I quite enjoyed the joke being on us :) they can take and dish it out too. go EA!!!!
On a side note, as annoying as this Josh person is, he speaks his mind, it's generally well written although comparing an online game to presenting your significant other with dead flowers is laughable at best. Most of all, he ignites emotions and stirs up conversation and comments no matter what. He's the kid that nobody likes but will listen to just to see what he'll say next. Some of us can't help ourselves and must reply somehow, he can't help himself and must vent. In my (forum newb) humble opinion, I believe him to be the leader of the idiot savants  - People hate Josh and most of us know he really loves the game. I think his posts are attempts to see the point of view of some of the people who aren't forum visitors that don't know where to vent their issues with the game. He doesn't speak for all of them but reading some of the posts I can see non-forum regulars thinking those exact things while playing the game.

- Nice little shot at the Christmas update. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!
I've gotten everything on the wheel except Snowball and SLH sculptures, so doesn't seem to be a problem there.
What you're failing to realize is that this is a game that you WILLINGLY play and pay for. Whether you like to hear it or not, EA owes you nothing and is not forcing you to play. You don't like it, then walk away.
Do you go around telling your neighbourhood grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, etc. that they OWE you something for being a willing customer at their establishments?
Is it nice when businesses go above and beyond to reward their customers? Of course it is. Does it make them mean, heartless or incompetent if they don't? No. Because it's business. You WILLINGLY come to them for a product or service and that's how they make their money. They owe you NOTHING beyond a quality product or service. And Tapped Out is a quality game, whether you like it or not.
