You say you buy boatloads of donuts now, i need to point out thats your perogative, not EA's
But i have to say i do like your premium account idea (constructive)
The point remains the same: freemium players get rewarded more than premium players. I could choose to not help EA and love the sight of 10 free donuts. Or I can help by being premium but then I find 10 donuts insulting.cjmills82 wrote:
Nice little shot at the Christmas update. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!
I've gotten everything on the wheel except Snowball and SLH sculptures, so doesn't seem to be a problem there.
What you're failing to realize is that this is a game that you WILLINGLY play and pay for. Whether you like to hear it or not, EA owes you nothing and is not forcing you to play. You don't like it, then walk away.
Do you go around telling your neighbourhood grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, etc. that they OWE you something for being a willing customer at their establishments?
Is it nice when businesses go above and beyond to reward their customers? Of course it is. Does it make them mean, heartless or incompetent if they don't? No. Because it's business. You WILLINGLY come to them for a product or service and that's how they make their money. They owe you NOTHING beyond a quality product or service. And Tapped Out is a quality game, whether you like it or not.
Neighborhood grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc are still kept in check by the government. They're prevented from charging unconscionable prices and forming monopolies to charge whatever they want. EA's prices are outrageous.JoshSherer wrote:
I'd pay for a premium account. But there would need to be a greater advantage over the free player. If it's like a few extra items that wouldn't be enough to warrant a premium account............IMOsubii42 wrote:

Thanks JoshJeerer, you actually answered all my questions in your unique kind of way.
Glad you had a good read of my post in the last thread you made and answered the questions I posed over there in this thread.
Good day to you my good sir.
Glad to help. Unrelated but SA-X > Dark Samus.
Dark Samus...

meh she just died with the Phazon. Tough we still dunno who was in that ship at the end of MP3C- Oh dear, I was hoping Josh's new year resolution would have been to stop playing the game.
Still, if he amuses himself, that's the most important thing with such a giant ego. JoshSherer wrote:

Again, your argument is flawed based upon faulty logic. Freemium players are not being rewarded 'more'. Everyone is being rewarded the same amount. You, as a premium player are already receiving greater rewards every millisecond you play the game, based upon the multipliers that your premium content provides. With extra xp, you get extra donuts, which in turn allows you access to more premium items and/or the ability to speed through quests and play the game faster, or more chances at the wheel, etc, etc. - however you choose to use your extra rewards.- I grew up on a farm. I have seen animals having doing it in every position imaginable. Goat on chicken. Chicken on goat. Couple of chickens doing a goat. Couple of pigs watching. Whoever drew this got it exactly right.
- I am a free member (never paid for donuts yet) and I found the 10 donuts new year event as a pleasant surprise. I don't really understand why this is offending for premium members... I mean it's not like only freemium members received these donuts.. we all did!
EA please keep the free donuts coming!
