not going to lie, given the choice between a wandering NPC & a stationary decoration, I was hoping for a decoration like the giant pumpkin (I don't think the final prize for any phase should be a NPC or a decoration but I tend to store the roaming NPCs if they interfere/look too similar to things I need to tap for an event.)
