Petition for Sky Finger Monument Upgrade

I'm really surprised they didn't make it so you could upgrade the sky finger to collect more frequently or upgrade it to collect from towns people too?

Would have been great for those days where you dont feel like tapping everything and just hit the sky finger to clear it all out once....

No. If it cleared characters, I'd have a difficult time finding all of them. I put certain characters in the same tasks. Can you imagine trying to look behind every building trying to locate them? I can't. The buildings are fine, but leave my Springfielders out of it.

I would like to see the time reduced, but I don't want it to collect characters as well as buildings. I would prefer that to be seperate. I am not short of IGC and occasionally leave people on a task, and as an example send the rest needed to complete it later when they are free.

There would still be plenty of tapping to go around. Just think of all the extra time we’ll have to design our towns and live life. The world will be our oysters once again! ?

Meh. Even with all the tapping somehow I still manage to get to work on time. Im just not nearly as productive as I was pre-2012 :D B)

It’s hard enough to keep some characters out of the She-She club. And the kids going to gym class. I like to be able to tap the characters in the order I want to tap them. I’m seriously thinking of storing the Sky Finger Monument, I like to roam around and tap on buildings.

So my vote is NO!!

The problem is that the game has expanded so much since it started in 2012. Through 2014 or so, it was fairly manageable to manually send each character on tasks and to collect money/XP.

But now the territory in our towns is relatively huge. We have 100s - 1000s? - of buildings and more than 400 characters.

If EA had remained absolutely true to the name and never brought in the Unemployment Office or the IRS Office, people would've long ago quit the game in droves - and I'd have been one of them.

I can't imagine how long it'd take to collect all my buildings/characters if I had to do them 1 at a time. An hour per collection?

The game is supposed to be fun, and tapping tapping tapping just to perform menial tasks would be a massive turnoff.

I think people take the need for the game to match the "tap" part of the name is overdone. We play to build our towns and see animations and send on tasks and follow stories, not to tap tap tap tap tap for hours on end.

I don't insist on a "tapless" game, but I'm more than happy to lose as much tapping as possible. It's not fun for me...

Part of my point was that we had a lot of characters (I have 399 at the moment)

But it doesnt bother me to go through them all most of the time.

To each their own, I suppose.

I vote yea. Or at least have it every 12 hours. I’d like to do a cleanup in the morning and at night.
