The avatars on here are not for making money as that pizza box is little different. Though I would say there is enough difference in the box to keep EA from having any real claim at infringement.

No you don't but do you think anyone is going to waste time and money to get some people on a forum to stop using pictures of their property. Should I be on the lookout from Lucas arts (oh wait they sold out to some people who will utterly destroy it) for using darth in my name. Corporations generally only get involved if there is money to be made not lost.
