Place cleatus and football field

In the task bar there's a little helmet and football on what appears to be a red jersey. When you click on it, it says

"Tailgate-gate"

Get Cletus and place the football field.

I did that, it says Done! Why won't it leave my task bar? Guessing it's a glitch?
