from what I can find from a quick look it appears to increase the rewards that the Bob clones drop, the increases seem to be at level 2, 5, 8, 11, 13 and finally level 15.devilhunt1449 wrote:

Cool, hope it increases the fert/corn/DNA that is dropped and not just the masks.- What's the Herbicide Squirter? The Mansaro research center?
- The herbicide squirter is a device like the bunny zapper, ghost zapper etc so with a tap of the screen you can take out more mutants, the more you upgrade it the bigger the area cleared.

- Don't have the squirter either yet so I've no idea if the upgrades are worth it or not, only time will tell.

Meanwhile, a question: Is this herbicide squirter the equivalent of that cannon thing in that other event whose name I have already forgotten?
