Poochy

Im in the middle of getting all my krustyland buildings restored, and I cant remember if I had Poochy or not. Was he part of the questline? Or was he a premium offer? I completed the whole krustyland questline years ago, so I cant remember where he came from. If he was free or part of the questline, I dont have him but should. Just need to know for customer support.

    I lost him for a couple of days, then I came across the Poochie mascot, so if you have a large Springfield then he can be difficult to find as he wanders all over Springfield.
    My Itchy Mascot always limits itself to Springfield Heights.
