  • Yep I couldn't agree more. Contact ea with your issues. I've had a very good experience with them, fast to fix an issue my partner had. Very well done and keep up the good work EA
  • I can second this. I contacted EA with a connection concern and I got the exact same e-mail, with the exception that I only got 45 donuts (not sure how they pick the number there). And it only took 4 days from when I sent my first e-mail to them.
  • Thanks for posting this! I can third this, this thread just made me check my email & my donut count, I got 65 donuts! The way they replied makes me smile, early access to the bakery? Loves it! Maybe the amount depends on when you contacted them? Just a guess. And welcome from a recently semi-de-lurked former lurker. :mrgreen:
