Other building costs have reduced after content updates so if you wait you might get lucky and pay less...But there is no guarantee and who knows when that will be? In-game cash is relatively easy to come by so you may as well spend it.

Hmm, another rumor. And I'm still on tenterhooks waiting for the post-Halloween release of Kodos. :wink:- I do have experience with lowered prices. I got the Krabappel Apartment fast, because $60,000 was taken off the price. I REALLY went Kent Brockman fast, and by the time I get to the Post Office, it'll be like December...sooo..yeah.
- If it's a question of spending the money now versus hoarding your cash and waiting for a theoretical sale, I'm with spiff -- buy it now. It's only Simpsons money. Suppose the sales price is $30K less than the current asking price. You can probably earn that in a day.

Ha, yes, that was the bet rumour I had seen.- I have just built Nelson's house and started on his tasks. Based on the forum detailing all the quests that need to be be done before getting Krabappel Apartment I figured I had time to save for it, and given I had surplus cash I purchased the post office.
My thoughts are this - if you have the cash might as well get the post office when you can. Even though its a little disappointing with no characters etc. every one will want it in their Sprigfield to be complete, so get it when you can. It's only simpsons money - not donuts! - Hi, I would buy the post office (actually, saving money for it). We don't know if EA will reduce the price or not with another content update. According to a person in this form, if you buy Bumble Bee Man, you will have a task at the post office. I think there will be tasks at the post office soon or later, even if there is no today.
- I have bumble bee man and the post office now and I can confirm that neither he, nor anyone else in my town at this point, have quests related to the post office.

So the price drops $30K down to $176,000. You say you could earn that in a day. Please explain how you are earning $150,000 plus a day.

Who said we were getting Kodos? I have Kang but I don't think we are getting Kodos
