i'd go for the lab. Luanne is ok open air stage has task for many people but thats it. Sprawl mart only has one job for agnes so useless. Com.center is soso.

I'm in the same boat. I was considering the school bus with Otto but I got 30 donuts in my last box and now I'm at 154, giving me more options. Frink's lab is cool, but I'm leaning towards Krustilu Studios, simply because I would like to build an entertainment lot next to my sports complex. Boy, this conversation would sound ridiculous in real life :-)
