Premium Item Recommendation?

Lab... Why? Well the rest don't have much animation and the open stage it's like channel nine only if you want to use it for 24 hours you need a premium character. Actually you need 2-3 premium characters in order to use all the options. The mart and the factory are huge and ugly in my opinion. The mart of course gives Agnes a 16hour job aka 750$ But it doesn't worth it.. The studio... It's good but difficult to position.
