Prep for switch to Issue 2

Looks good, im not tapping criminals >3 hours to event. 400 rods from 4th bonus, debating on if the 1 -3 donuts is worth the small grbunch of pies i could get instead.

Why stop earlier? Everyone is saying the maximum criminals you can have in your town is 30. That's 2 1/2 hours worth of them.

Ok, pardon my "newb-osity" but these events still confuse me. What happens if issue 2 kicks off and you don't have enough carbon rods for Clownface. Is it no longer an option to get him?

That's still an issue of contention. Usually when you switch over to a new currency the prizes for that currency stop being available. But given that Clownface is supposed to be a requirement for the next Issue, I PERSONALLY believe that you'll keep collecting rods until you get Clownface.

But don't quote me. Because I could be wrong.

And my blood sugar is low (that's an in-joke for those who've been following my posts).

I tap 60 each town, each morning, and if I'm out of my town for long periods of the day, I get 60 then as well. Honest. 60. I count 'em to keep myself focused in all 4 towns. You get 12_per hour, but the in-town max is 40. But there's a "bank" of up to 20 more. I've never gotten any number in between 40 and 60. I don't know why that is. perhaps the "bank" doesn't kick in until it's full. I've wondered.

60 would be 5 hours worth. 40 would be about (counting on fingers) 3 hours and (mumbles random number because math skills suck) minutes. So, I don't know how many you would get at the 4 hour mark. In theory, it would be 40 in town and then 8 released from a bank. Maybe the bank doesn't pay out unless its full.

Really. 60. No joke. Four different towns, no matter which device I'm on. So I know for sure.

Stopped tapping six hours ago in preparation for Issue 2, have a convict with a finished fight, a free convict ready for Homer, Homer on a currency earning task, and a town full of criminals all ready to go....plus I have Krusty on a quick task ready to finish to kickstart his Clownface questline.

I'm almost 65 years old, and I'm staying awake until freakin' midnight (which is at least 3 hours after my bedtime), to be sure I get the maximum number of pretend pie bombs because I no longer need pretend rods, and I want to be able to get as many pretend prizes as possible for my pretend town.

Please. Save me.

When am I going to stop trusting the stuff I read on the internet and learn to count for my self? Let's see: 1, 2, 7, 14, 86, 9... Um, I think I lost count...

By the way: 40 would be 3 hours and 20 minutes.

It said 30 on multiple sites - including here on the forum. Well, there's still two more Issues for me to mess up on...

You aren't losing many pie bombs so you didn't have to get it going right away :mrgreen: 8)
