Store issues

Seems they acknowledge they have been having store issues and pretty regularly lately. I for one purchased SEE bundle and never received it even with all the screenshots they asked for even my bank and Apple Pay and they couldn’t find it. I finally got reimbursed through Apple but the pack was no longer available. They need to shut the store down and get it figured out.
