We are still waiting on confirmation of when the forum will be fixed tbh
You have to options on how to reply to a post:
1) Use the quick reply to post
2) Click the main reply icon, as the page starts to try and constant refresh, click the "X" at the top of your browser to stop the page refreshing and you will then be able to use the "quote", "Edit" functions as normal.
Number 2 option is the way i am using the forum at the moment.
