Well I would get the first 4 if offered.

Otto with the Bus plus cash is a bargain and Tire+Observatory is about 40% off so I'd be content with those two and perhaps buying the Aztec Theater will be next though, without the Buddha and the Lard Lads..

I only wish I could return Kearny and pay 30 more donuts for Dr.Nick..
