Prospectors?!
You can't tap prospectors in other people's towns, just your own. As for strategy, you just have to be quick. I usually find it works well for me to tap just ahead of them. Good luck. :-)

Thank you, that helps a lot, especially the detail from wadebear, thanks for taking the time. I thought that the list of helpers, helped by tapping them in your town. Bin kinda wastin my energy!!!
