Purchase Failed Notification

Sorry to hear that mate. Have you tried hard closing your game or deleting/reinstalling?
  • I haven't tried deleting yet. I'm curious which store is notifying me; Google Store, Origin, Verizon? My town is saved on the EA servers so I can uninstall the game and still have everything when I reinstall, right?

    Yeah if you have an account with origin, you just log back in after re-install. I hate reinstalling the app as it chews my data up, you would think with the money these guys make these issue wouldn't happen,but anyway every time I have reinstalled the app I've always been able to log back in.

    It's nothing to argue about. When TSTO has been on Android as long as its been on iOS, a lot of these bugs will be worked out. It's not about what is better, just what has been troubleshooted/troubleshot more.

    I have been on multiple devices since it launched on Android and haven't experienced a single glitch. I know others have, but from what I've seen a lot of the glitches in doesn't matter what OS you are on. I could be completely wrong, but that's what I've observed while lurking on these boards.

    And, no, I'm not trying to start a flame war either. :wink:
