Haha! The lack of land is why I am considering a Nuke! Also because I'm not happy with the placement of some things and have other ideas in mind.
There were issues with it but that's why it was taken away for a while.
I haven't heard anyone say any issues apart from it will take a long while to set up
SF again so make sure you have a few hours.

A good recommendation I saw on a recent thread was to take a picture before you push that button.
