Quest bubble lost
I honestly think even if you lost your quest bubble because of a crash, the quest should show up on you task book and you can continue through the progression of the game. At level 30 I usually crash ...

Thank you all for your answers. I hope that this quest will eventually pop up in next few levels. At the moment I am doing "Miranda Rights pt. 4", and hopefully I will reach level 18 tomorrow. Without "King Toots" related quests, progress is slower, but at least I have a lot of money.
